You saw everything, even the sip of cognac which you brought to the nervous bride showed how much you cared.

You should be proud of your chef who prepared and beautifully presented hors d'ouevres and also perfectly cooked a luncheon for many with the same care as for only a few. All the meals that we have had thus far in your Inn before and subsequent to the wedding showed that your chef's cooking is of the highest order. Please convey this to him.
